The only issue I had was that they showed up before the scheduled time. I wasn't ready for visitors at that time so I had to tell them to wait until I was ready. Kind of embarrassing. When they did get to work, they worked quickly and efficiently and did what I hired them to do.

Within minutes of E-mailing Bailey Tree Company of my needs, Chris Flood was on the phone to me. Since the crew was finishing up another job close to me , he made arrangements for them to come and remove mistletoe and prune my ornamental pear tree and prune my orange tree. They also cleaned up 2 crape myrtles and turned my fir tree into a work of art. Francisco, Pedro and the other 2 young men(whose names I missed) had everything done to perfection in just a few hours. Chris and his crew really take pride in their work. I really lucked out with them.

Chris from Bailey's kept me informed as to when he would be out with his crew, told me what they would be doing and they were within 1-5 minutes of being right on the time as Chris told me would be their arrival time. I highly recommend this company and if I ever have another tree issue they will be the company I choose, thank you Bailey's!

I hired Bailey Tree Co. to perform a large tree pruning job and remove two trees from my rental property. They were incredibly knowledgeable of how to get the best pruning that will last the longest, to avoid needing an annual expense. They were able to point out problems that stemmed from an incorrect pruning job performed on a large magnolia tree and built my confidence in their ability. They were amongst the pricier of the estimates but certainly worth the money. I would definitely hire them again for any future tree needs.
