We really appreciated the time they took to explain how and why the tree needed to be pruned.

Very professional company. Contracts/quotes are done online, so very easy and quick. Staff is very courteous and professional. They did a great job removing a very complex, over-hanging tree. Limbs were chipped as they cut the tree down. Large pieces were hauled out the next day. Stump was ground out just a few days later. They were a day later than scheduled due to their stump grinder breaking down, so 1/2 star deduction, but overall great quality and professional service. I'd use them again.

Estimator (Alan) responded quickly. Office kept me apprised of arrival times and any changes promptly. Crew arrived 30 minutes early and immediately got to work, I estimated 4-5 hour job (trimming/reduction of Fruitless Mulberry, 3-4 story high); was done in about 3 3/4 hours. Good job of cleanup. Crew was courteous and friendly.

The tree removal was on schedule but after that it took a week later to pick up wood and another week before stump was ground. They had a real problem with scheduling. The yard wasn't cleaned up very well.

The estimator Alan was a joy to work with. The office kept me informed every step of the way. The crew was faster than expected and did a great job, especially on clean up. Good solid company to work with.

From having tree work done in the past, we knew we we getting good advice and a good price quote for the amount of work needed. On the day of the job, the crew arrived on time. Alan walked Juan and his crew through the job that needed to be done. The crew did an outstanding job. They were careful about where they placed the trees and limbs that needed to come down. They strictly adhered to safety conventions. They cleaned up at the end of both days that they worked. We could not have been more pleased with the job that Bailey's Tree Serviced did.
