We were very pleased with the service we received from Bailey Tree Co. Chris was the gentleman who bid and supervised our job. All the workmen were careful not to disturb our new plantings. Among the jobs was removal of a very large branch that had fallen from one of our big oaks in the back. All the tasks were performed expertly, and the clean up after the job was thorough. We will be using Bailey for any other tree needs that we have.

Bailey Tree Company gave an accurate, reasonable estimate for trimming/treating 9 large trees. They were on time, and were done when they said they would be done. The job looks great and I would definitely hire them again.

Chris came to my house within hours of the initial submission. He's very personable and has high integrity. He looked at the trees that have issues in my yard and provided great input and specific ideas on how to resolve the problems....all at no charge. He's clearly focussed on creating long term customer relationships not just making a buck.

they did not do as they said they would. Instead of trimming all aroun dthe tree and cutting the inside limbs out they just cut every thing except for the crown.

Cris talked me into keeping the eucaliptus chips based on there value as mulch. My husband is 79 yrs old and limited in what he can do physically. We found that NO ONE wanted them and we were advised that they are not good for gardens etc because they kill the worms that airrate the soil. We have been advised not to use them in our gardens as well. We were stuck with two large mounds of chips to dispose of when we could (and should) have had them hauled away. It's part of what we paid for, ($2400.00).
