"If you're in the market for a contractor who is knowledgeable, talented, trustworthy and affordable (crazy right?) - Arvada Home Improvement is your company. Before COVID-19 took full force, I purchased a condo located in Aurora that needed a lot of work and hired Neil and his team to do it all. I was coordinating this whole project from out of state back home in New York; I knew I had to find a GC who could not only get the job done well, but be trustworthy enough to manage the entire project without any oversight on my end. These guys completely remodeled the kitchen and bathroom, updated plumbing, installed new tile floors throughout and painted the entire place, as well as a bunch of miscellaneous tasks that came up as expected. Everything from purchasing/picking up materials, managing deliveries to the condo, planning out what I wanted to happen, and executing the laundry list of tasks - Neil, Paul, and Brandon did an outstanding job. Anyone who knows me can vouch that my standards are high. I pay close attention to detail and am particular in how I want things done. Neil was also so helpful in making suggestions that would save me headaches and money down the road. On top of everything, his company was the most reasonably priced bid I received out of almost 10 people I called. I was curious in the beginning of how a company that was so fair priced, knowledgeable, and communicative did not have a huge internet presence. I thought there must be a catch - but there wasn't. Neil just recently founded Arvada Home Improvement, but has accumulated a vast array of knowledge from his many years of past relevant experiences. These guys get it right the first time, with minimal waste, and make sure you're satisfied with the end result. I can't recommend them enough and I know they will be my first call for projects in the future."

"Jeff arrived on time and I appreciated his thoughtfulness by laying down a tarp before he began working on the water heater so that my home was left clean. Once he was finished working he walked me through exactly what he did and gave me helpful tips regarding the sprinkler system and how to maintain the pipes by sharing what can and cannot go down the disposal, toilet, etc. The price he charged was the exact same as the quote he had given me before beginning his work. "Michael was prompt , courteous, and very knowledgeable—unclogged shower drain and found other plumbing issues to address—I’d asked him to fix flapper valve on a 50 yr old toilet—he fixed it for a very reasonable price but pointed out other age-related problems like rusted bolts and recommended getting a new toilet—he noticed the drain plug mechanism in bathroom sink was broken and the sink was cracked underneath and fixed the stopper and filled the crack for free— he showed and explained the work he did and gave advice on things I can do myself monthly to avoid future clogs —I highly recommend him!"

"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."
