I will definitely call Mike at Drain Right any time I have another plumbing issue. First, I really liked that I spoke to him directly, not some scheduler who didn't understand my issue giving me a checklist of inane suggestions and just trying to get me scheduled. He listened to my description and started trouble-shooting with me directly before even coming out, helping to save time and $. He was available immediately on a holiday, and offered me a cheap, but likely shorter-term fix as well as the more expensive but more permanent fix. He was not pushing his own agenda, but rather sympathetic to my situation and helping me find the best solution for me. The result: he found the problem and fixed it!
