I hired Andy of JAK Handyman Services to install interlocking tiles on outdoor balcony. To be fair, he did point out a couple of problems with the tiles that I bought: 1) the material is rather brittle, and 2) when trimmed to fit in a small space, sometimes the tiles lose their interlocking capability. Still, the work he did was really sloppy. I don't believe he measured any of the cuts that were needed, so the fit is really poor. Some of the cuts aren't square and some aren't even straight lines. It looks very amateurish. To illustrate how brittle the material is, he pointed out a place where the material cracked. But the crack is actually due to the fact that he didn't trim the tile correctly to fit the space, but tried to push it into a space for which it was too big. I honored the price I had agreed to pay on the estimate that I signed, but later realized that if I had simply paid him his hourly rate instead, it would have cost me LESS THAN 1/3 of what I ended up paying

Called this company cause I needed my patio deck power washed for the summer and needed my toilet installed. Andy was very communicative, was punctual when he came out for the free estimate, and transparent with his pricing and fees. Very polite and exemplary young man. I would recommend him for your power washing needs.

I am very pleased with Andy and his crew with the job that they did. I had an old wood deck that was rotted that needed replaced. When he came out to quote it, he was very transparent with his pricing and notified me of all the issues that he saw. I never felt pressured or tricked during the processed. During the day of the job, we ran into an issue due to more wood damage then we initially thought. Andy said it was no problem for them to fix and did so promptly. I am super glad with the final result of my new wood deck which he stained and sealed as well. 10/10 would recommend.

No one showed up. No common courtesy, in regards to calling to say he was unable to come or otherwise.

Andy was prompt and on time. He cleaned up as he was going along and threw all trash in the trash can. Andy is a friendly guy who worked fast and efficiently. Perfect! Highly recommend this handyman.

JAK power washing and handyman services came out to clean up my driveway and walkway. They were punctual and respectful and did an excellent job. My driveway and surrounding concrete looks brand new again after 10 years!

I have no expertise in plumbing or piping, so calling a plumber or handy man, is akin to taking my car to an unknown mechanic. But Jak Power made me feel at ease from the start. Offered options in his fair and reaasonable quote. Arrived promptly the next day. and even though the job was bigger tthan we intially planned, he was efficient, professional and kept me in the l loop along the way. I never felt imitated or cheated, but rather satisfied and pleased that my problem was resolved. Customer service is everything, since the assumption is made, that they are efficient in their craft, and as customers, getting what we pay for is where the bar is set But turning a daunting task into a pleasant, learning expedrience is how the bar is raised.

My husband and I contacted JAK cause we needed the drive way to be power washed and could not be more satisfied! We left a message and got a response within an hour or so! A free estimate done and all of our needs were addressed. Super punctual and cordial. Love how our drive way looks now! Andy, the business owner, let us know they also do handyman services so if we need that, we will contact them for sure. We definitely recommend JAK for your power washing needs!
