"These guys were fantastic and there are three other houses in our neighborhood that we compared his work to and one is like a Master with retaining walls and Landscaping and knowing where to put steps he put a nice berm in the middle of a mulch area that we didn't even think of, let him decide the placement of our moss rocks so little lamps and you suggested a few short bushes and some tall grasses. I have already had two neighbors pass by and compliment us on it, they are not even done with the project yet! When he has time he will be doing my parents house and this time I'm not getting any bids. He was not the cheapest but he also wasn't outlandish like some of these companies that must be putting gold down somewhere based on their price jeez. I just gave him an idea of what I wanted and let him do the rest and the guy is like an artist and you let the artist do with the artist does I can't believe my place is totally transformed front and back."

Complicating the matter were four 6 x 6 columns which were enclosed by the failing rail road tie retaining wall which supported our entire deck above the patio. His team's careful planning and execution turned our eye sore of a patio into a beautiful allen stone block retaining wall with pavers installed on top to serve as a patio. He also installed Allen block stairs which wrapped the patio all the way to the front of our house. He offered a very competitive price compared to other bids and delivered a superior product. His crew always showed up when expected and on time. He was very accommodating with requests as the project continued from demo to finishing touches and there were no unexpected costs. "The project is not yet complete, but that is because of the weather, not anything to do with Frank Cordova and his crew. They were on time, and the work was done in a professional manner. Frank even pulled an old sidewalk stone from an earlier porch, and provided some fill dirt for the hole. The small pieces left include a sprinkler move, and some cleanup. I got to watch a professional roll with the punches: while waiting for the concrete truck, someone stole Franks truck (It has since been recovered, with everything intact). He immediately switched gears, and called in some extra support to get the project done on time. It is a pleasure watching professionals at work. No short cuts, and no Rube-Goldberg workarounds!"
