His team was prompt and on time every day which really impressed me, especially since they drive from the OC each day! They fully removed my old insulation, cleaned and sanitized my attic, rodent proofed it, and then blew in treated cellulose. They don't do spray foam insulation, but as I learned from this project that's not always the best answer, anyways. Everybody was professional and they cleaned up as they went. "Jason is so courteous and caring. My husband has cancer his estimate was done with a mask on and distancing. He and his co-worker were so caring not to track any dirt in they covered the flooring in each area they worked in. They cleaned up everything inside and out before leaving much cleaner than it was when they arrived. Great people took small amount of time and great price!! Highly recommend!!!"

"I found out house insulation is a very competitive business. I interviewed and got estimates from 3 separate businesses. All three had great reviews and their prices were all very close to each other. I went with the company that was, price wise, in the middle. Very tough to decide, but the differentiator for me was Montgomery Insulation measured the area to be insulated, so I felt they did a more thorough towards the estimate I was given. The project was done on time, the final cost matched the estimate (no surprises) and they cleaned up the site before they left. Very satisfied with the entire process and project outcome."

The foam seams to be very rigid and I think could keep the floor joists from moving and squeaking on the steel. A very good 5 star contractor for spray foam.
