Just before he was ready to work on the kitchen light, we changed our mind on what we wanted installed. Juan took all that in stride and we worked out the schedule. Billy came in, cut the wall within seconds, moved the piece into the laundry room, and repaired it like new! I didn?t think it was possible to make the edges look as if they were never removed. He made the corners look good as new and even textured and painted them for me. I thought it was going to take much longer. He was efficient, on time, and he isn?t trying to price gauge. His prices were beyond fair, he doesn?t mark up cost of goods as much as other contractors and his precision is worth the time."

Only took about 20 minutes. and the installer took time to point some of the keys points concerning the care of the appliance."

I was called and informed it would be somewhat later, so it wasn't a big deal, but I wonder if they might be too optimistic how long jobs end up taking. "My gas dryer was not working and the laundry room felt like a sauna. Doug diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it efficiently. He also re-installed my dishwasher as it was wobbly when the drawers were pulled out. Doug is very professional, knows what he's doing and is extremely efficient.
