"Vorn... veteran (thank you for your service) and Danial removed a shower and a garden tub and installed a large shower in the place of the garden tub. The old shower area will become a much needed closet. That area was dry walled in ready for the balance of the work to be completed. The new shower has easy to clean walls that extend up to 96 inches overlayed on solid plywood, hand bars that will support >300 pounds and a custom made base to fit the area. They replaced the plumming and the company plumming inspector came to check the work during the job. Shower doors were installed for a sleek, shiny step-in shower. They crew of 3 work very hard all day. They placed floor coverings over my wood floors for protection and left the area clean."

"If you're in the market for a contractor who is knowledgeable, talented, trustworthy and affordable (crazy right?) - Arvada Home Improvement is your company. Before COVID-19 took full force, I purchased a condo located in Aurora that needed a lot of work and hired Neil and his team to do it all. I was coordinating this whole project from out of state back home in New York; I knew I had to find a GC who could not only get the job done well, but be trustworthy enough to manage the entire project without any oversight on my end. These guys completely remodeled the kitchen and bathroom, updated plumbing, installed new tile floors throughout and painted the entire place, as well as a bunch of miscellaneous tasks that came up as expected. Everything from purchasing/picking up materials, managing deliveries to the condo, planning out what I wanted to happen, and executing the laundry list of tasks - Neil, Paul, and Brandon did an outstanding job. Anyone who knows me can vouch that my standards are high. I pay close attention to detail and am particular in how I want things done. Neil was also so helpful in making suggestions that would save me headaches and money down the road. On top of everything, his company was the most reasonably priced bid I received out of almost 10 people I called. I was curious in the beginning of how a company that was so fair priced, knowledgeable, and communicative did not have a huge internet presence. I thought there must be a catch - but there wasn't. Neil just recently founded Arvada Home Improvement, but has accumulated a vast array of knowledge from his many years of past relevant experiences. These guys get it right the first time, with minimal waste, and make sure you're satisfied with the end result. I can't recommend them enough and I know they will be my first call for projects in the future."

"Mike and Luiz were great. Luis is a true artist and takes extreme pride in his work. I have worked in construction and have extensive experience in installing tile and stone. The best compliment I can give Luis is that he did the job like I would do it. He understood what we wanted, and the look we were going for, in the bathrooms. He was able to complete the job and make it look exactly as we had envisioned. This was not a simple job. It involved two bathrooms, in an older home, which required a lot of demo work and reconstruction of walls and vanities. Luis worked quickly and with extreme professionalism. Also, he is a very nice guy. He had several ideas on how to make the completed project look more spectacular and addressed every concern we had with problems that developed during the project. I can not say enough good things about Luis. He is an asset to the company and a true craftsman."
