Lanny and his crew replaced all the existing plumbing (rusting galvanized pipe throughout) and replaced the leaking hot water heater. He was very easy to work with, we had some extenuating circumstances, that they graciously accommodated. The price was excellent and the workmanship was even better. Highly recommend!! Lanney, the owner, came out to do our quote. He was very friendly and didn't try to up sell anything that we didn't need/want. Sal did our water heater install and was was incredibly quick and friendly. The whole experience was wonderful and affordable.

Lanney and his team at American Plumbing & Sewer are AMAZING! Not only did they save us from spending $2000 more with one one the “other” big chain companies, they took my job on late Tuesday night and showed up right on schedule Wednesday morning to to replace our water heater. No “additional” fees either! They were totally professional and cleaned up everything after the job. Lanney, also gave me multiple options vs. the one option replacement which I really appreciated as other companies did not. If you need a plumber, I would HIGHLY suggest giving Lanney, and his team a call! I will always call him for future needs! Thank you Lanney! We did opt for a tankless option as our replacement.

Right from the beginning, when Amy called me, I hit it off with her! Then I met both her Lanney in person. It could no have gone any better! Polite, professional, and answered questions I had. Lanney, his wife and his son were all part of the experience. They were all very professional. I had two water heaters replaced. Price was very fair, work was high quality and as mentioned they were all just great people to work with. I highly recommend them!
