I recently had Cody come out on short notice to fix some plumbing issues at my place, and I wanted to share my experience with you. Cody was a lifesaver – not only did he respond promptly, but he also tackled the problem with professionalism and skill. What impressed me the most was his reasonable pricing. In an industry where costs can sometimes skyrocket, Cody was fair and transparent about the charges. It's refreshing to find someone who values their customers and doesn't take advantage of urgent situations. Besides being good at what he does, Cody exuded trustworthiness. I felt comfortable having him in my home, and he communicated effectively throughout the process, explaining the issue and the steps he was taking to fix it. All in all, I highly recommend Cody for any plumbing needs. His combination of professionalism, affordability, and trustworthiness is a rare find. Cody did not have it easy. The shutoff valves didn't work and things were in pretty bad condition. Shutting the water off to the building was not possible but he still got things done right. I was thinking it was going to be more but nope. ..Nice prices. Be calling you all to fix some other things next week!! Thank you.

Woke up to a clogged kitchen sink that was continuing to slowly rise with water. Saw positive reviews for Dr Drains that caught my attention on NextDoor. I . Spoke with Erica on the phone who was friendly and indicated that she could send Cody my way within the next hour and got me added to the schedule right away .. He arrived within that time period and was friendly and professional with his introduction. He discussed possible options, cost, and the pros and cons. Once I picked what I wanted, he got right to it and figured out the issue and then stepped me through the work he did and tested the drain several times while we were talking to ensure the drain was fully open. I also was made aware that I was over due on a water heater flush so I elected to have that flushed at the same time as well.. Cody and team made the situation much easier to work through. The drain is open, everyone was friendly and they were prompt . Iâ ll for sure be adding the contact info for Dr. Drains to my address book the next time a plumping issue comes up.
