A huge thank you, this company is fantastic very courteous.Very worried about making a mess and did a fantastic job on cleanup we had Anywhere rooter.Come out a week earlier and did horrible work.They charged me and didn't even get my drains cleared Doctor drain LLC showed up on time and got my job taken care of it took him 3 times to clear my drains and said , if it comes back to call , and they would hydrojet my lines. What a wonderful company thank you , Josh , and thank you , Cody I recommend this company to anybody who is tired of stressing and wants job done right

Had a toilet reseated. Fast, efficient, friendly, fair price. What more can you ask? Will definitely use them in the future.

Cody did not have it easy. The shutoff valves didn't work and things were in pretty bad condition. Shutting the water off to the building was not possible but he still got things done right. I was thinking it was going to be more but nope. ..Nice prices. Be calling you all to fix some other things next week!! Thank you.

Woke up to a clogged kitchen sink that was continuing to slowly rise with water. Saw positive reviews for Dr Drains that caught my attention on NextDoor. I . Spoke with Erica on the phone who was friendly and indicated that she could send Cody my way within the next hour and got me added to the schedule right away .. He arrived within that time period and was friendly and professional with his introduction. He discussed possible options, cost, and the pros and cons. Once I picked what I wanted, he got right to it and figured out the issue and then stepped me through the work he did and tested the drain several times while we were talking to ensure the drain was fully open. I also was made aware that I was over due on a water heater flush so I elected to have that flushed at the same time as well.. Cody and team made the situation much easier to work through. The drain is open, everyone was friendly and they were prompt . Iâ ll for sure be adding the contact info for Dr. Drains to my address book the next time a plumping issue comes up.

I found this company on Nextdoor and what a happy accident. The estimate they gave was far better than the other companies I spoke with. Erica was very handy with the set up. She got Cody to come out right after I finished work same day. He showed up right on the early side of the time window, did the job efficiently and quickly, answered all my questions and explained to me what he was doing. I felt very comfortable in both of their hands and would definitely recommend this company.

Cody was great, they were able to actually come out same day and exchange my kitchen faucet out. Left no sign they were even there other than a new faucet!! Will use them again and would recommend them as well!!

Very polite, honest and reasonable priced. Cody came out on a weekend to fix my water heater.
