"I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. I called Vince, described the symptoms, and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. Turns out I needed a new boiler and Vince was able to show me in 5 minutes why (VERY obvious), where as the previous guy had spent two hours accomplishing nothing and taking my money. I took this opportunity to convert to gas and Vince walked me through my options, provided two estimates within 24 hours based on different units, and was able to start work in 2 days. He was clear, great at communicating and responding to questions, and priced very fair. No one wants to hear the fun news of a boiler replacement, but I am glad I got in touch with Vince before I got stuck with no heat in the middle of winter. Vince gave me great advice on how to maintain the new unit, best practices, and things to check up on regularly. He took my calls a week after he was done when I had some follow-up questions for him and backs his work-up for a year after the new install. Overall A+."

"I searched for someone to install a kitchen faucet and repair a leaking sink drain pipe, Dave responded immediately to my inquiry and he was able to send a plumber right over. I had not purchased the new faucet as of our call and he advised me to call him when I returned home which I did. Mike was dispatched to my home in less than 30 minutes!!!! The job was quickly completed and I am more than extremely satisfied. Mike was very professional and thoroughly knowledgeable in his work. Dave was very helpful in setting up my appointment and quickly dispatching one of his men. Thank you Dave and Mike for a job well done. UPDATE FOR 02/09/17 I hired Palmasano Plumbing a couple of months ago and I found them to be a great company to work with, ( see my review for that project), so when I noticed a leak dripping from my ceiling without hesitation I called Dave and told him of my problem he assured me someone would respond to my home within an hour. True to his word Mike arrived which was great as he had completed my last project, he went right to work checking all avenues which might be causing the leak. He quickly found the problem and repaired it quickly, he took great pains to limit the debris field and completely cleaned the area. "We had an emergency repair in our house we recently moved into, consisting of a toilet that had apparently never been caulked and had loosened from the floor to the point of leaking a little when it flushed. Tom Evans called shortly after I submitted the request, and he and his partner Jerry showed up within twenty minutes after that and were finished with the job in under an hour. They had everything it needed on their truck - a new wax ring, new plastic shims to replace the wooden ones that had been there previously, and a new caulk job. The toilet flushes fine with no leaks, and it's now very sturdy and not going anywhere. Based on this experience, I would use Tom's Plumbing and Heating again, and would highly recommend them to others."

"I had them install a walk-in shower. The two installers were Angel and Wallace. I couldn't have asked for any better. I never saw two men who were so focused and worked continuously for 12 hours straight. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and did an excellent job. My new walk-in shower is beautiful and the cleanup was excellent. Everything was clean and perfect. I would definitely hire this company again based on this exceptional experience."

"Working with DJ from Groundworks (Select Basement) has been an outstanding experience. After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. His thorough explanations and prompt responses to all our questions were greatly appreciated. The workers arrived on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the job as promised. "This is a a family owned company of skilled tradesman. My son had water poring thru his window on Sat night. Jeff from Progressive renovation was at my house within an hour of my online request! He offered the most economical choice for repairing the roof. We ended up doing the entire roof. Thank goodness as it ends up my chimney was falling apart! There could have been carbon monoxide poisoning. I am so thankful for their expertise in evaluating a problem and fixing it!!
