Hot water heater replacement. Tony promptly contacted me, explained how things would go, discussed costs, made recommendations, and patiently answered all of my way, way, way too many questions. (Hey, I am what I am). Crew came out at the scheduled time, diligently removed the old heater and piping and installed new. It was a very tight fit, the job was professionally done, and the worksite was left clean. New heater works great! Highly recommended.

In a word amazing! Tony was very responsive in a true pleasure to deal with. He walked me through everything that needed to be done and explained everything very clearly. I discovered I needed a new water heater over the weekend. Dr. Waterheater was here at 9:00 on Monday. They were very knowledgeable and great to work with. They replaced the water heater, cleaned up, and I was up and running before noon. I recommend their services to everyone.

Tony (and Chris) were great to work with. Even when we needed to unexpectedly needed additional parts, they were very fair about pricing which helped us greatly! We will definitely be using them when/if the time comes that we need to replace our actual boiler but until then, the brand new parts are wonderful!!
