Tony (and Chris) were great to work with. Even when we needed to unexpectedly needed additional parts, they were very fair about pricing which helped us greatly! We will definitely be using them when/if the time comes that we need to replace our actual boiler but until then, the brand new parts are wonderful!!

Tony was awesome, he assisted me over the phone with my issue even before I became a client. He cares about people and it shows. Dr Water Heater is a cut above the rest, and is one of my best experiences during an emergency situation as a homeowner. I recommend Dr Water Heater wholeheartedly and will definitely use his services again for projects in the near future. They were cheaper than PSE&G and they were more thorough. Dr WH came next day, tested the water pressure, offered me a ceramic dish that drained to my French drain. PSE&G just said they'd replace my water heater. Everything they mentioned/suggested checked out when I Googled it so I'm pretty sure they weren't trying to sell me useless products. But again, they were cheaper than PSE&G. So I recommend them.
