The project began as â chimney repairâ and Progressive Renovations was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate. Sam came out and assessed my chimney. Work began quickly only to find that deterioration of the bricks required a brand new chimney to be constructed. Sam was diligent with the work required and anticipated days. The masons were outstanding and Mikey, the foreman, was highly professional and caring about the work being done and keeping things neat around the work area. Sam kept a close eye on the progress and made it clear that I could call him anytime with questions or concerns. I felt in very good hands and my completed chimney is beautiful.

In needed them to come back and look at railings. Sam responded after my call all most instantly. He looked at the issue, came up with a solution and the following day the had brand new railings installed on them to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company and Sam for any projects. Sam is great to deal with.

I must say that Vladimir of Progressive Renovation went beyond my expectations throughout the entire project consisting of concrete removal and replacement and installation of walkway pavers. I HIGHLY recommend him and his company. Also, his crew was the best! Thank you Vlad!

Sam and his team quickly identified my water issue, and fixed the problem within 2 days. Given the quality and speed of the work to repair a rather significant water issue, i contracted them for additional preventative maintenance on our 45 year old foundation, and 22 year old roof and gutters. Will most certainly engage them in the furture for any other related work.

Vladimir and his team are outstanding. On arguably the 2 hottest days of the summer Vladimir and his team worked their butts off. The finished project is better than I expected. The attention to detail, addressing any concerns or requests and the cleanup were unmatched. They take pride in their work. I highly recommend them and would def hire them again! Thank you guys for a job well done!

We are so happy with our new steps, patio and walkway. Sam and his crew did a magnificent job in transforming our backyard into a beautiful space which we will enjoy for years to come. Sam and his crew were exceptional for the entire installation of our new brick pavers! His responses were professional and extremely timely. Any issues that would rise from our project were promptly fixed. Even a month after the initial install, Sam and his crew swiftly came back the NEXT DAY to fix. I highly recommend this company for any projects you desire on your residence.
