Reviews
Write a ReviewGeorge was great. No nonsense. No exaggerating the work and blowing up the price. He respected my budget and got me working again, then helped me with a plan to avoid future problems. I'd give 10* if I could. I recommend him to anyone.
George is very proactive in communication. He explained things patiently and explored all options with me. The job was done professionally. IĆ¢ d call him again in the future.
Very professional service
George was very professional. He answered all my calls and returned calls very quickly. He was very accommodating with scheduling work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. He took his time and he did the work exceptionally well.
Very satisfied with the work and professionalism
The technician was very friendly and very responsive to all of my questions. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to answer all of my questions.
Excellent service. George is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
Excellent work, clear communications, and prompt. George was very friendly, too. I might have been able to find someone else a little cheaper, but the customer service was worth it.
A simple drain pipe replacement under a bathroom floor turned into a replacement of three lengths of drain pipe. In addition, when the finish up work in the basement was done, the waste lines going into that pipe were reconfigured so the washing machine and utility sink now drain directly into the pipe. Which let us take out the sump pump. Then, the plan to fit a pvc shield around the sewer pipe to the town sewer turned into a major excavation of a trench through an eight foot bed of shale because the incoming water line is 1/4 inch from the outgoing sewer line. And had a hole in it so it had to be replaced after all. The crew did a great job, they were pleasant throughout and I would recommend them to anyone.
George came by, did a terrific job and answered all my questions. Not only about the current job but other potential jobs I asked him about. Very patient explaining things to me and knowledgeable.
