"Working with DJ from Groundworks (Select Basement) has been an outstanding experience. After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. His thorough explanations and prompt responses to all our questions were greatly appreciated. The workers arrived on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the job as promised. He was so helpful right from choosing the blinds by explaining the little details about the various materials, shades, etc. Also, he kept up the promise in terms of timeline in delivering the custom blinds. The installation job was clean and tidy, and I have no complaints about his work. The blinds were installed a month ago, and I wanted to take a few days to experience them before I wrote my feedback. The blinds are excellent, as I haven't seen any flaws. Also, it caught up the attention of the friends, neighbors, and relatives who visited the house as they all liked it and provided positive feedback."

He offered the most economical choice for repairing the roof. We ended up doing the entire roof. Thank goodness as it ends up my chimney was falling apart! There could have been carbon monoxide poisoning. I am so thankful for their expertise in evaluating a problem and fixing it!! Great experience dealing with Jeff and Mel from Progressive Renovation and all of the staff. I highly recommend them👍 They are so good their bidding on my basement renovation 😀"

"Other companies come to take a look, Shelton from Dimatic Controls comes to fix the problem. My problem with the furnace was not an easy fix, but Shelton found solutions. Several other companies came to take a look, all recommended replacing the furnace. I have a auto mechanical background myself, so I appreciate a good mechanic. When people came in with a bad water pump, I didn't tell them to replace the car. Shelton completed the job, made several other repairs we didn't discuss and left my furnace and surrounding area clean for a very fair price. I'm done calling the big companies!"
