Hired Tom to replace vales on 4 toilets and my bathroom sink. Arrived on time ready to start. He did an awesome job. He also noticed my refrigerator pump was leaking. He changed out the pump as well. Will be hiring him again for future plumbing issues.

Tom installed a hot water mixing valve and handle in our shower when it stopped working. Showed up on time and in the snow. Repiped anything that needed doing and charged a reasonable price. Would definitely use Toms plumbing and heating again for future services.

Overcharges for time and service. Leaves a mess after each job. I have used Tom the plumber a few times and each time he gives a price and it is ALWAYS double than what he quotes. He always says it shouldn't take more than an hour but he is very chatty not only with owner of the house but other workers on property and he charges for talk time too! He is correct in that the actual job is an hour but he spends another hour chatting and setting himself up taking his sweet time and charges from time he arrives to time he leaves - not the actual work time. I do not recommend this plumber.

Hired to fix 3 radiators. Came and said he diagnosed the problem, which seemed like he did, charged a few hundred dollars to quote the job and then never came back to actually do the job.
