Reviews
Write a ReviewIâ d advise anyone to not use this company, they use subcontractors. After getting my upstairs bathrooms, remodeled there was a slow leak discovered behind the wall, which damaged downstairs kitchen cabinets & Iâ ve been dealing with them for 6 months and all they do is give me the runaround, they told me to go thru my home insurance
Customer service
Hard workers, results outstanding
Not happy that your customer service department. I have left several messages to fix the problem and I have heard nothing. I even texted my sales person and have heard nothing.
Had the sales rep in my house and he discussed the project. He insured that all work could be done as discussed. This included wainscoting the walls to complete the entire project. I was told by the sales rep to buy the product to be installed. When came time for the project the guys in house did the shower and fixtures decent. When asked about the wainscoting he said we do not do that. I said the sales rep said that would be done. Thier response was they always make mistakes. Another complaint is that they work late into the night past 8pm. When comes time to pay I am hesitant to pay full amount as the project was not done as promised. Talk to Tom and Steve who are managers up the chain and they offer no help, no price concession or really didn't care to say the least telling me that that was a verbal agreement between me and the sales rep. Receive 3 calls from the sales rep that a carpenter would be by to install and all 3 calls a no show, This company is a disaster and could care less about the customer. STAY AWAY from them !!!
There seems to be a disconnect between what they Say and what they Do. The first crew that was sent to my Home were a bit dumbfounded about what the contract was for. They were very good at Demo but lacking in rebuilding . There was a cast iron tub to be removed it weighs close to 200+ lbs it took 4 men to get it out of the bathroom and no way to get it out of my house until I loaned them a appliance dolly. It took 3 days to reinstall all of the fixtures and flooring . There was no info about how to install the sliding glass bypass doors. when they were finally installed no one knew how to adjust them so there was a gap at both of the edge frames so water came out with shower use. After they semi completed this bathroom they moved on to the master bath. After Demo they realized that the wall panels and the glass were not correct so they had to get the correct material. The bathroom was not usable for 2 weeks and when they said it was complete the shower door did not close completely and there was door gaskets missing and water on the floor after use. The contractor said they would be back and to only call them for any problems. I did call and text them but they kept pushing me off . Finally I called them and was told that they were no longer with Premier Home Pros. This is how I found out that they were a Sub Contractor not part of Premier. I called Premier and talked to the man in charge of customer service . He was very helpful and sent a inspector to check out my problems with the job. They decided to do a complete tear out and start over again this is only for the master bath. The new crew was still a sub contractor but much better than the first. This redo took over a week. They tore out the whole bath and started over. Most of the install went well but the floor that was installed was very squeaky so they removed it and screwed the sub floor and reinstalled the new flooring. There seems to be a problem with getting the correct gaskets to seal the shower door after 4 attempts they seemed to give up on the gaskets on the bottom of the door . It still leaked!! I spent close to $100 on door sweep gaskets and laid on the shower floor for a total 4 +/- hours to get it sealed . The original job started on Feb 26th 2024. I just got the door leaking fixed on Aug 16 2024. THIS IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR! $42,000 should have covered a flawless install. PLEASE BE AWARE! THEY ARE NOT A TOP NOTCH OUTFIT.
The men came when they said did the work with great skill. Finished in the alotted time to our satisfaction. We would recommend this company.
Wonderful to hear, thank you!

They price gouge and use very high pressure sales techniques. Their prices are four to five thousand dollars above average. Their product seems inferior. They e only been in business two years so they should be passing their factory direct savings on to consumers but they change far above average costs
This is an update to the finished job. They sheet rocked over the opening to the duct from the furnace. The sales person told me I would have to get someone in to place the duct back to where it was. In order to do that I will have to remove the vanity, rip up the flooring and then have it replaced again. They have taken me back to when I was a young. Thanks Andy and Tom Your communication and writing skills are much to be desired.
