Reviews
Write a ReviewThey came and did the work quickly, but I felt that the price was vastly inflated because they knew it was a emergency with a family of five guests and no hot water.
Very professional and gave me plenty options. They are a a great company. I would use them again.
I have used and now know many plumbing companies. They are all expensive but if I can't do the work myself, especially , when a permit is needed, then what else can I do. Allpro is not cheap or more expensive than any other plumbing company. At least they treated me very well. Rudy, my tech, was so friendly and informative. He even told me that I could leave for the first part of the project since it was outside and then return for the inside work. I needed that time to run errands before I couldn't leave. Very considerate. He explained everything he needed to do with my water heater to bring it up to city code and why. I must adhere to what the city code is whether I like it or not because rental property is a business and professionals like Rudy give me the information I couldn't know on my own. After his repairs I felt secure that my property and tenants are safe and comfortable and that is my responsibility. If I must pay for a service like this than I should walk away feeling like I got my monies worth and more. Thank you Rudy and Allpro.
They were very expensive, $423.00 for only cleaning out sewer line. I had to have another plumber come one week later to find the problem.
Very professional and willing to work with you. Highly recommended Will's All Pro.
Will's All Pro had great reviews on Home Advisor. No hidden costs or other surprises. Everything was discussed and explained before I decided to have them do the replacement of our water heater. I was not rushed into a decision with "only today special prices". I did get two lower bids(not very much lower)from not as well known sorces. Others were about the same. As l have learned in the past ,"you get what you pay for". The work and cleanup was done exactly and as quickly as discussed. Very polite and professional service technicians and customer service reps. I will use Will's All Pro in the future and recommend them to others.
The work quality, installer, and service was top-notch! However, I cannot recommend this company due to the very high priced **package** to install a new Rheem 40 gallon water heater and upgrade to the latest San Antonio code! Price was $2949 for a $500 water heater and extra components for code compliance and 5 hours labor! I estimated generously that I should have been charged around $1200-1300. That is a $1700 overcharge! After complaining to the manager, they did admit a **mistake** in billing for another model of Rheem, so they did give me a charge card credit of $638. Better than nothing!
