Tech had charged $350 for minor repair. We complained. Manager said the 15 minute repair should have been $169. He refunded the difference. Tech needed more training on pricing structure. All ended well.

$242 is base price for clearing blockage. First plumber I've had in awhile and I was absolutely shocked at the expense. On the plus side Adam (last name Shannon I think), the technician, was great. He cleared the clog in just a few minutes, he was very courteous, professional and careful not to make a mess.
