Reviews
Write a ReviewIt was more expensive than I expected.
Did not fix the leaking but money has been charged.
Was a wonderful company, team worked seamless and completed same day. Adrian was very detail oriented and didn’t miss any details. I am very impressed how professional and knowledgeable all involved were. I would definitely recommend them again!
The technician (Aaron Taylor) that serviced our water softener is very knowledgeable in his profession. He was polite and willingly explained all that he was doing and what the problem was with my water system. Problem was quickly solved. Aaron is a very pleasant young man that Will's Pro should be proud to have in their employ.
Great customer service. Very courteous and explained the different options for repair.
They are pricey for an easy job.
They charge by the job not by the hour. A simple repair that required less than 30 minutes to complete cost $285.
I am so disappointed with my experience with Wil's allpro, very DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING experience. (I selected them in part because they said there would be no charge to come out to my house and assess the problem: poor water pressure at kitchen faucet only, due to lime build up(later I was told that they normally charge $65.00 for non Home advisor client for this). When repairman, Michael came out and we discussed the faucet problem, we all agreed the problem was limited to the lime build up in kitchen valve or kitchen faucet itself, this has happened before. He then informed me that I would be charged $131.00 to actually access the problem further. When I told him that I was told the assessment was free, he said, **nothing is free** and that the free part was only the dispatch for Homeadvisor clients. I am reasonable and agreed to this charge, assuming that the overall charge would not be too much more and the 131.00 would be applied towards repairs. Five minutes later he concluded his assessment and said cost to repair would be an additional 398.00. (to clean out the faucet, not even a new one). This would bring my total repair to about $529.00, plus $65.00, ( this is more then double of what I have paid in the past) if I did not go through Home advisors. Needless to say, I elected to not go through with these repairs but as agreed, I did pay the $131.00 **assessment feel** I felt like I was taken advantage of with the deceptive word play , so I called a manager. First manager, Jessie said he would look into it, but he never called me back. After me calling them again and talking to two different managers, nothing was resolved. I will NEVER use them again. I advise the same for all of you.
The technician is good and was very helpful explaining. However, once they saw my finance limit I received a call from the office trying to sell me a water heater that I did not need. It was a blatant attempt of a money grap after I just spent $5K on getting my water line replaced. I hate when businesses try to take advantage of people especially when they are in distress. For that I can't recommend this company even though they did the job they were supposed to.
Even though they didn't fix the original leak they were persistent in finding solutions to the problem. Kudos.
