Professional and friendly from the start. They were on time and performed the requested flush service for the price quoted. The technician found that the expansion bladder had failed and one of two thermostats was out. His explanations checked out, and he replaced both. I am pleased with the results.

Always get a quote BEFORE they show up. I would have looked elsewhere if I had time to shop around, but I only received one bidder on HomeAdvisor and needed the work done immediately so I went with them. I believe they charged way to much for what they did.

Plumber did get drain to flow some. Prices were much higner than the plumber that i used last year. Rep wanted an additional $130 to take toilet up and reinstall it with a new seal. He didnt seem to want to make sure there was not a problem on that end as well, which was covered in the cost of my last service request for plumbing last year with another plumbing company. All pro was able to come same day so i tried them instead of waiting until the next day with a plumber i trust. The plumber seamed more interested in upselling me than resolving all the problems. Some lessons are learned the hard way.

Adam, came by and was prompt and professional. He explained all of the work that was needed and educated me on the process. He offered different pricing and did quality work!!
