Preston was honest and advised I did not need the new garbage disposal I had purchased. It was simply stuck and he got it working quickly.

They don't do what they say they will. One of the workers stepped thru my attic ceiling and left a big hole and did not even offer to fix it. I had to hire someone else to clean up their mess. I will never use this company again.

Main waterline broke, they quoted a price a little less than some others. They said they would run a single line to my copper line by the house, that didn't happen, they didn't dug deep enough by the house and i ended up with a bunch of connections instead of the single line as stated. not happy with that as more chance for leaks developing in the future. Instead of using a treching tool to dig the line they used a mini backhoe that was about 2 feet wide. So instead of a small line dug in my yard, i had a 2 foot wide trench dug out about 50 feet long, i guess that would have been okay, but they did horrible job of putting the dirt back in. My front yard was a literal lumpy mess. i ended up purchasing a small electric tiller, I had to till the dirt down and move it all around to get it flat again, then i had to purchase half a pallet of grass to fill in the 2 for wide/50 feet patch of dirt. i just assumed they would be using a trencher, and when that didn't happen that they would at least put the dirt back like it was. I also let them borrow two cheap shovels i had- never got them back. The people were nice and friendly, just wish they would have done a better job, and ran a single line as stated.
