I bought a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal - so asked for labor only. Tech had to take old disposal off to replace faucet (no extra effort to install the new one instead of putting the old one back). Only extra was they said they needed to replace a flexible line for a match with the connection. Work was done on 10/18. I was charged $676!!!!! They use a coded service name for everything which obscures the work that I was billed for. I know the service I requested, I don't know the service I was charged for. I checked with 2 other plumber companies that indicated they would charge somewhere between $125 and $300. I talked a HomeAdvisor rep who also agreed that the charge seemed out of alignment with this type of service. I have called Will's All Pro 3 times 10/22, 10/24 and 10/26 asking to speak with the manager. I understand he has been out of the office. No one has called me back to explain what the 'coded' invoice for my billing entails. I am very disappointed, feel that I was taken advantage of and will ensure to let my friends and family know not to use Will's All Pro.
Jacob over sold my daughter on the need for replacement of the kitchen faucet which had some hard water stains around it's base, then with no choice of faucets he installed a damaged faucet. Unacceptable! All that was really needed was to reseal the basket strainer. He next replaced all the piping under the sink but did check for leaks evidently because it leaked after he left and damaged the cabinet floor under the sink. Poor workmanship! He next removed the remainder of the hot water hose from the bib. That bib needed replacement Which he did not have on his truck, so he went out and bought two bibs and replaced the cold water side because he thought it was slightly corroded. During the estimate phase my daughter was told the job would require the removal of the hot and cold water box in the wall and that that the price was high because of the need to sweat seal the bibs to the hot and cold copper water lines. Again unacceptable! On the pop up for the master bathroom sink my daughter asked for a brushed nickel finish to match the faucet, but Jacob replaced it with a chrome finished pop up. Overall I am very disappointed with estimate given and the service provided, therefore the low ratings.
