Mike Garcia was beyond exceptional. He went way out of the way in his performance, attitude and knowledge to ensure that we were satisfied in all aspects of the job. No doubt untouched. Lack of attention to detail. Technician left water bottles behind, didn't cover holes from the dig, failed to replace broken covers and didn't secure controller cover over exposed wires.

My sprinkler system was working perfectly until the fuse needed to be replaced (according to the screen reading). The Will Pros guys couldn't find where the fuse is! So they ended up replacing the monitor. They should be trained on all kinds of monitor. It would have cost me less to replace the fuse.
