After being without AC for 1 week due to an irreputable contractor, I was referred to Will's AllPro. I called and explained my situation and, provided them with all my previous warranty documents. A technician was dispatched, ( I received a text with his name and photo) he determined my problem and that the parts needed were no longer supported by the mfg. We had purchased a 10yr warranty but, the cost to repair was not covered as the parts were not supported anymore. Henry, David and his team got going and shortly were able to work out with the mf. (Ruud) that got my condensing unit replaced entirely. After one week of frustration, 2 phone calls restored AC to our home. All of the techs, Johnathan, JC, and Fabian were nothing but professional, courteous and concerned to alleviate my situation. Their customer service rep called me at 8pm Friday night to keep me informed on the install timetable. The communication was so welcome and made for a great experience. The professionalism and customer service is as high as I have ever received as a homeowner. Please consider them for any and all of your AC & Plumbing needs. Brent Akin Schertz, Tx

Contacted me quickly to set the appt. He was running late and I was notified of the change. When he arrived, still in the appt window, he was very professional and upfront. He was able to complete the repairs immediately. If you have to deal with plumbing problems , it good to deal with a company that really cares about their customers

Preston came out and fixed my issue within an hour. We had two "plumbers" come out and act as if I needed a brand new faucet. I'll definitely call Will Pro's again if I run into any other problems
