All Pro, you definitely get two thumbs up for service from me. My initial phone call instantly sold me. Caring, worked around my schedule, and receptionist knew exactly what questions to ask to get right to the heart of the matter. Richard the technican that was sent out to repair my toliet was spot on. Undoubtedly a subject matter expert. He came right over and repaired my toilet issue. Gave me a few pointers and didn't take too long. I highly tecommend ALL Pro and Richard is the for sure technician to ask for. This guy knows what he's doing! Tony

Beware of the company saying they do free estimates, they still charged me for the estimate and called it a "travel charge". They misrepresented that there would be no charge for them to come out. They also tried to get me to do work for $1000 which had nothing to do the sprinkler leak that he said had to be fixed before he would address the leak. I didn't ask for that work or want it. I tried to resolve the issue with the manager and they never followed up with me. I ended up only paying $200 for the work to be done by a different contractor

I found it frustrating to not be able to get a quote over the phone. I did a kitchen remodel and needed plumbing installed (kitchen faucet, disposal, and dishwasher hookup). All services are priced at a flat rate and the price was ridiculous. If I had more freedom of time, I would have shopped for a lower price. The tech was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. He did what he could to make the price as reasonable as possible given their pricing system. His work looks clean and I have great water pressure in my sink. The company was very communicative and easy to schedule with. If it weren’t for the high cost of service, I would make them a go-to.

Said they would do everything I asked, and they did none of the stuff they said they would do, and I still have no corrected receipt or proof they checked my back flow valve. I was told they would check back flow valve before replacing it. Then it was replaced without testing. I was told that any rust on the valve is a failed inspection. I was told by a city inspector that was not true, any metal pipe will rust in months of install.

This company is very efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.
