We had made an appointment with another plumbing company that we had booked trough Home Advisor. They did not show up. They made 2 additional appointments and broke both. Unprofessional behavior for any company- to book appointments and then not show up, or even call. So we booked Will's All Pro. They showed up that day and did an excellent job. Even gave us advice on how to manage this old plumbing in this old house. Thank you Will's All Pro- you certainly are.

With having an emergency of an outside LP gas leak, the dispatcher arranged to get a technician out to my house very quickly. I instantly received a text message with his photo saying that the technician Roger Marin was on his way. Roger showed up and quickly assessed the situation. The culprit was a cracked 2nd gas regulator. Roger consulted with his supervisor on how to handle the situation. Unfortunately, they could not perform the work because this was not their area of expertise. Roger referred me to my LP gas provider, which they responded to rapidly and took care of the leak and did a very good job. I would like to compliment Roger and his Boss Will for their quick response, professionalism and sincere care for the customer. They even waived the trip charge too. I own 3 rental houses & Will’s All Pro will definitely be my go-to plumber in the future.
