Reviews
Write a ReviewGreat job overall...my only complaint was that once the work was done, no one showed me how to operate the water softener. They showed me the install of the softener and water heater, and then handed me the manual for the softener and left. Hoping that I'm not missing anything when it comes to managing this thing.
Workers were courteous, took time to explain their actions and cleaned the area when their work was complete.
Honest and Great Work!!
did a great job completed within a few hours of arrival
Nothing
Great quick and friendly service.
I thought they were wildly overpriced for the work I needed to be done (removal of a bathroom faucet and replacement of shutoff valves,) If I had not been in a rush I would have looked for more quotes, that is on me I guess, but I do not have to like it.
Great customer service with a technician that provided clear step by step details during the process. I would use them again.
Called promptly the same day we contacted HomeAdvisor, came when they said they would. They did a great job fixing our problem. Definitely recommend them!!
Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols.
