"Samantha and Fred have been fabulous to work with as we shop for a new home. The first house we put an offer on had mold, as well as a host of other issues. Samantha scrambled to cancel lab tests saving us some money on labratory fees when I told her we weren't moving forward with that house. That was after they hurried to get in the house, test, and rush the samples off to the lab in time for our inspection. They were so amazing at helping us that I used them again for the home we are buying. They are very responsive, Samantha in the office, and Fred in the field. I feel very confident moving into my new home that the air quality is safe!
