Hank was very nice according to my Renters. They said he did a excellent job. Plus they came out same day. I had a leak and I was scared it was gong to go through the whole house. With me being six hours away I could not get there to check tit out. I really appreciate the quick response I had. He was very nice and helpful on the phone when I talked to him. Plus he emailed me pictures when he was completed. He also email me picture of the old way it was done. It looks way nicer and cleaner the way he installed it. I have two rental properties in Tennessee and will be using them again someday.

I had a unique problem that 2 previous plumbers failed to solve. Hank from Southern Service diagnosed and solved the problem, consulted with the manufacturer, got the needed part and fixed the problem. I got a more than fair price. What sold me was his tagline, "If you think a good plumber is expensive, hire a bad one." You get what you pay for. Very satisfied.

THE PLUMBING NEED WAS NOW/MADE PHONE CONTACT IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES.THE OPERATOR WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HAD THE APPOINTMENT SET UP IMMEDIATELY. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN LESS THAN 2 HRS.HANK WAS VERY KIND AND THE COST WAS AFFORDABLE.
