Hank found a problem which had been plaguing my plumbing system for several years and had previously been misdiagnosed. He found a faulty valve in the piping, replaced it, and finally fixed the problem for good instead of just putting a "bandaid" on it. Highly recommend Hank!

Walking out the door early on Monday morning, it was clear I had an issue with my hot water tank. After getting on Home Advisor to find a plumber I was given a couple of options. Within 10-15 minutes of submitting my request, I had a call from Hank (Southern Service). We talked through what could be going on and about an hour later he was at my house. After talking through all of my options (and he patiently helped me understand ALL of my options), I opted to invest in a tankless hot water tank. It was a long day, but when the day was over, Hank had been in our crawl space most of the day and had installed the tankless water heater by himself. He was a workhorse. Pretty much worked all through the day (through lunch and dinner), and when he left we had hot water again. Very grateful for his commitment to the job, and I will most certainly refer others to him, and won't hesitate to call again if a plumbing need arises again.

The service rep showed up promptly a few minutes after my call -- looked at the problem and solved it at minimum cost - told me what to do to make my water heater last longer -- thought I was going to have to replace it. Will hire him again -- wow -- had lots of parts in a trailer with him (lots -- made it faster than others)

Pleased with work done by Southern Service. He did a professional job. He was communicative throughout the process. He worked out a time that was good for me. He called when he was on the way to do the job. He was thorough and went the extra mile to see that the job was properly completed.

I had my tool belt ready to fix my hot water heater and my wife said “You dummy, call someone who is a Professional.” So I did, in fact, I called several people and only ONE person responded in a timely manner (10 MINS LATER). His name was Hank. Folks when I tell you this brotha (well he’s Caucasian, I just call everyone brotha) came thru for me in the clutch! It was late in the evening but he ensured me that he would return the very next day to install my new hot water heater. Hank even restored hot water for the evening so I could baptize my toes in hot water. True to his word, returned, all by HIMSELF and did a 2 man job all by himself. If you are in need of a great plumber, you have got to call Hank!!!!

Hank called me promptly after I sought out a repairman from Home Advisor. He was courteous and he repaired my water heater quickly.

Hank was on time. He spent longer than necessary in order to check other plumbing issues. He gave a reasonable estimate for correcting these issues.
