Hank was very professional and was able to get to my home within an hour of my phone call. He was able to fix my initial project and also fixed 2 other issues I had while he was here. His prices were fair and his work was quality. Use Southern Services, you will NOT be disappointed!!

I had hired another company to clear a clogged toilet several months before, but they not only didn't clear the clog, I felt like they were trying to get me to buy something else. Southern Service was polite, professional, and his work has lasted. I would hire him again and recommend him to friends.

Hank was immediately available for my sewer main clog. I had out of town guest and needed this remedied asap. He was there within 40 minutes of the call and had the clog taken care of within and hour. Highly professional. Would recommend him to anyone.

My experience with Hank (Southern Service) could not have been more positive. I happened to notice a very bad leak on my hot water tank and reached out to Hank late Sunday afternoon, which happened to be Mothers Day. He diagnosed the issue over the phone, and drove all the way to Home Depot to pick up a water heater, which I definitely needed. He then came to my home at 8:30 pm on a Sunday to install it; found other issues and fixed those as well. He ended up leaving my home at 11:30pm..never once getting frustrated, but instead always maintaining a high level of customer service. I have never in my life had such a terrific experience with a service company. I am very thankful that Hank went out of his way to fix this problem late on a Sunday night. This guy is simply awesome, and I recommend him many times over. thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

The most prompt service I have ever had from a service company. He not only unstopped two sinks but replaced pipes that were the problem. Even though it was late, He stayed to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Hank was very professional and no matter the question always polite and personable. I even asked him to help me with a lock at the bottom of our front door and without batting an eye, he helped. Since I have had a couple of back surgeries this was so nice and beyond what he came to work upon. I would recommend him to others.

Mr. Hank came over to fix the water heater & instead he actually replaced the wster heater & fixed the toilet too! He was very prompt. Answered one million questions of mine & also helped with some faucets in my home! Above & beyond! Amazing customer service.

They do multiple services not just plumbing. Will use them again.
