He and his crew did an excellent job removing an old timber retaining wall and replacing it with block. He listened to what I wanted and provided a quote to match. We even added some work and he was able to easily add what we wanted to make the wall continuous and look professionally installed. He also poured a concrete step on our back patio. We highly recommend him for retaining walls and concrete work big and small."

"I requested an inspection from AFS due to a sloping area in my floor. Brock came out, conducted a thorough inspection of the foundation and crawlspace. He explained the process throughout the inspection to let us know what he was looking for and gave us a detailed report with pictures afterwards. We decided to go ahead and do the encapsulation and dehumidifier along with one area of support. They were able to schedule the job within the week. Kenneth, Jose, and Javier arrived on time. They introduced themselves and explained everything they were going to do. They were friendly and professional and answered any questions I had. When the job was complete, they cleaned everything up, did a visual inspection with me so I could see everything they did, pointed out a couple of things I need to take care of soon, and finished their day. I have been impressed with AFS so far this week. I am excited to see how everything goes over the next few weeks with the dehumidifier. Thanks AFS! I thought pricing was fair and they had great financing options."

"I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."

"I had structural repairs done to a large retaining wall, and needed masonry work done to replace missing bricks and repair the openings for the wall supports. in addition, I had two back steps that needed to be rebuilt. I had an excellent experience with Masonry Mata. The initial inspection and quote was detailed and accurate. They came up with a creative solution to repair the wall openings. They were available quickly and were quite responsive. At times there were 5 different masons working, and you can't tell who touched what because they were all quite competent. With careful matching of grout and style, the repaired areas are invisible as they match the rest of the wall. The repair of the steps also went quickly and as planned. They rebuilt the brick exterior, moved the stones to be aesthetically pleasing, and found stone to match and replace cracked ones. All areas were pressure-washed and left cleaner than when they started All in all, a professional job performed by a hardworking, competent crew. I recommend them."
