I called at 5:00 Wednesday and Hank arrived at 8:30 next morning ready to do job I needed done. He was knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. The work was exceptional. If you need a plumber, he would be the one to call.

This company I great, we were well taken care of and he went the extra mile, will definitely be going back to southern service.

Hank was wonderful! He squeezed us in quickly after we had a water pipe leak. He was very friendly and explained exactly what was wrong. I felt very comfortable having in my home and trusted him to make the repair. Not only that, but when my landlord was trying to avoid paying, Hank actually got on the phone with him and quoted him some landlord-tenant law!

Hank took care of my repair quickly and was one heck of a value. He was prompt and knowledgeable. I will gladly recommend him to my friends & family, and use him for future issues.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, but did not fix the problem. The pilot light on our water heater would not stay lit. The technician was able to re-light the pilot light, but did not fully diagnose why it was going out. When I turned on the main burner, it went out after 3 to 4 minutes, and continues to do so. I don't feel I should have been charged for this service call.
