Southern Service

Southern Service was both timely and friendly to deal with. They replaced my 15 yr old 50 gal. elec. water heater in about 2.5 hours and that included soldering in the new copper. They were polite and even did a side job while waiting on tank to drain. Totally recommend these guys for any plumbing needs. Greg S. Baldwin

Listen everybody. Here's what happened to me. We moved out of state and have a renter in our condo. The gas man would not allow our renter to set up her gas utility due to safety concerns with the age of the old water heater. We moved to Utah and the commute to Nashville would have taken 3 days so what to do? I called Hank at Southern Service and within ONE DAY he had the water heater replaced with a new one and our renter had hot water and didn't have to worry about the water heater bursting. 2 weeks later...the garbage disposal was vibrating violently and making loud noises. Hank to the rescue. He had the disposal replaced the next day. Hank is professional, quick and priced right so you don't have to worry about being ripped off. O...and the quality of work is second to none.

Excellent quality, responsiveness and knowledge. Answered every question honestly and was more than willing to explain and walk through every step during installation. These guys gave an accurate estimate up front and then charged me that exact amount. They will not be the cheapest, but the cost was right on the average and their work was outstanding. Thoroughly recommend !

I had a water leak under my house, I have been waiting for help for over 24 hours. Southern Service was called and they were at my house in 30 mins. They provided me excellent service, and at a decent price. I now know who to call if I have a problem in the future.

We had a Hot Water Heater replaced along with a few other small projects in a house we had in Murfreesboro. Hank was great! He was there on time and completed the work within a few hours. I would highly recommend Southern Service, LLC.

I had an emergency late Friday night, they were at my house early the next morning and finished a water heater replacement by lunchtime. I was able to ask a lot of questions and learn from their experience. Hank is just a good guy to work with.

They were there the next day as promised. Although payment was due at the time of service it was worth it to fix the water heater before something terrible happened. He even fixed the garbage disposal, which for whatever reason had rocks in it, for no charge. Awesome.

They were a life saver. Came out on a Saturday, came prepared with the heater, eliminating the delay in installing. They were professional, did a great job in installing and cleaned up after the install. Hoping I don't need a new water heater any time soon, but in the event I do, Southern Service would be the 1st team I would call.
