"I had an unfortunate experience with a mother raccoon getting into my crawl space and giving birth. They did a lot of damage, including shredding some of my HVAC piping to use the insulation for a nest. Also, tore the entire thing away from the vent attached to my house. Once the crawl space was cleaned out, and new vapor barrier set into place, I started calling around for help with HVAC repair. Hiller was fast (at peak season), professional, and so easy to work with. The tech even took pictures under the house and sent them to me. In the past, I had been using another A/C company, but they recently charged me an insane amount to fix a part on a 14 month old unit that I had purchased from them, so I decided to try another company.
