    I had a small issue after the install and Southern Service was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. They are very nice and very responsive. They didnÂ’t ignore me or act like I was a bother after they had already been paid for the work.

    Do not hire! It took 4 visits to fix 2 toilets and 2 faucets and then they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the water heater! The faucets are scratched from them using tools directly on them!! The water heater needed a new dip tub! They said I needed a new water heater! The owner, Hank, sat and visited 20 minutes after the work was completed! (About his personal life)! Said they were replacing my elements and thermostats for free for me!!! They turned them in under the warranty on my 4 year old water heater! The bill was $575 for 2 minor toilet repairs, 2 faucets ruined, and labor for water heater! 4 visits!!
