Hank worked diligently until he found out exactly what the problem was. He tried several different things until he found it and fixed it.

he showed up on time, did the work he was asked to do. overall every thing was perfect.

My appointment was for Wednesday the 21st. but Hank found himself in my area Monday the 19. with some time to spare, so he called to see if I would like for him to come by and do the job that day. I was very happy to get the job done earlier than expected. He arrived on time, did a great job, and his price was reasonable compared to others. I highly recommend Southern Services to anyone. I will be calling Hank for any future plumbing job that I may have.

Discussed water heater problem with Hank, He diagnosed problem and quoted reasonable repair cost. We discussed normal water heater life and replacement cost and I elected repair. Very satisfied

Hank (the owner) answered the phone the first time I called him. So many others ask you to leave a message. He was prompt in coming to repair my faucet. I was so happy he could fix my faucet instead of having to replace all the faucets in the master bathroom. Many other plumbing places want to replace instead of repair. Hank diagnosed the problems before he went to work & fixed the problems quickly for a reasonable price.

Hank was wonderful!!!! I called Southern Service because I had a leaking water pressure valve. Hank was available and said he would be over in about 30 mins and HE WAS!!! He found the problem and was able to repair it in less than an hour. Customer service is outstanding! He is honest and reasonable on his prices. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this company. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have been screwed over so many times in the past by previous plumbers that Southern Service is a total breath of fresh air. I will be calling them again when I need service in the future. Thank you so much Hank for restoring my faith in the service industry.

Called the guy for emergency situation at townhouse. Wasn't able to get out to me that day but diagnosed over the phone, and nailed it. Fixed myself, but will call these guys again
