I cannot adequately express the caliber of the staff that helped me throughout the entire process of replacing my natural gas tank less hot water system (which began with Hank for the initial consultation then Leslie for the coordination and finally Greg for the estimate and the installation). I am still stunned with Greg's customer focus, attention to detail (the piping, wiring, venting, etc., is worthy of a magazine) and flawless execution. Greg certainly earned my superstar award.

Had to have my whole house repiped. Gregg showed up on time and is a very pleasant young man. He checked and rechecked his work to make sure there were no leaks, he even cleaned up after himself. He took pics and showed me the problems before he stared work. Would highly recommend this company.

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ANY HIGHER! I found Southern Service and one of their competitors on Home Advisor. I had them both come out to give estimates. I needed to re pipe my house to increase water pressure. I decided to put in a two shower head shower and there was no way the existing pipes and pressure were going to support that. Both gave estimates. Southern Service came in about half the price but even more importantly they identified an issue. I would need a tankless water heater as what I had was a 40 gallon regular water heater that wouldn't support the volume i was about to be using and keep it hot. They were done in one day, and the communications were all very clear. I will use them again. Greg did excellent work and Hank is amazing to deal with. Thank you both!
