"Totally honest!!! In the end, he didn’t charge me anything. He said it was simple to fix. He even gave me some of the chemical to do it. After following his instructions the mold was gone and has not returned. This was after another company provided a quote around $600."

When poked with my finger, the spot was damp and I punctured a hole about 1 inch in dia. I sprayed some mold treatment treatment chemical and Chlorax in the hole and patched the hole and painted because we were having some company. But I am concerned about the black mold and want to get it checked out and treat if needed. The spot is in the bathroom along the wall where vertical meets the ceiling.
