Hank knows his job. The quality of work was excellent, Arrived on time & very professional. I was told they accept Card but Hank prefered to take check. So I had no choice. I will recommend to hire them.

The quality of work was excellent, I would have rated the customer service a 5 star however the old water heater was supposed to be picked up the same day, it sat out in front of my house for about a week and a half and I had to make two additional calls to finally get it removed. I believe I could have had the same service completed for a lower rate, but Southern Service was able to come out the next day and replace the water heater, that was worth the premium.

Arrived on time, very professional, and very personable. 4.5 instead of 5 because repairman said the company does not accept credit cards.

As a homeowner of an older home and female, one of the biggest challenges I have faced is finding reputable, honest companies to provide services. Hank was recommended to us by a friend and I cannot say enough positive things about Southern Service. He was honest with us about what could be done which ultimately saved us a large amount of money. We have several major renovation jobs and will definitely be calling Hank for estimates. Great company and great guy! Highly recommend!!

was a dificult problem to diagnose where the drain blockage was and why the snake would,nt work. Hank came the same day and worked til after seven pm. replacing a poor drainage design. Problem solved!
