Very grateful to Dale, Morgan, David, Roberto and their team! My husband and I bought a home here in North Atlanta and the inspector found mold in the basement. We hired another company to remediate and were told it was taken care of. We were moving across country from California, so did not get to see the companyâ s work firsthand, so we trusted their word. It was $18,000, so we figured it was done right! That old saying, you get what you pay for, right? Wrong! After moving in, I had major allergies and full on asthma attacks. My husband is the lucky one without mold allergies but still said the air felt heavy. I investigated myself and found a very dirty HVAC air filter and moldy towel left in our basement. The worst part was no one found the mold in the master bathroom! I found it after having major asthma attacks in that room and started to investigate by climbing above my sink and shower. The house inspector missed this too! I was shocked! I was feeling very overwhelmed and not sure what to do knowing I couldnâ t proceed with the previous company to fix this after their half-done work. I found Safer Building Solutions here on HomeAdvisor and Dale immediately came out to investigate. He and his partner, David, explained what the options were, the protocol they use, and answered all my questions. They were both knowledgeable and compassionate, very rare combo these days. I felt assured they would take care of things and they certainly did! I had lots of questions still lol but Dale took the time to thoroughly answer everything. His manager Morgan led the remediation and also came back out to help recaulk my shower after they removed the moldy caulk. She was so efficient, respectful and friendly! Very grateful for her hard work! We also had our HVAC cleaned as recommended by Dale, work done by Roberto and wow, what a difference!! Roberto and his team showed us pictures of what came out of the ductwork and found mold inside the furnace. We are so grateful for them finding that and their hard work! They recommended a UV-C light to keep the microbial growth at bay in the furnace/HVAC. The air in our house is night and day different!! I no longer have asthma attacks and can breathe properly in my house! The total cost was a small fraction compared to the previous amount. We are beyond grateful and would highly recommend Safer Building Solutions!! We will be hiring them every couple years to clean our HVAC and keep up with the maintenance so our house is safe. Thank you all so much again!!

Dale was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about testing. Fast turnaround time with the lab tests. Very thorough on explaining results and what exactly what we needed to do and what we didnt need to do. Highly recommend Dale Frank and his company.

Dale thoroughly explained the testing process prior to, during, and after his team procured numerous particulate measurements in our rooms. He and his associates were extremely professional. The same hour we received our mold test results from the lab, Dale called us to explain each line item in detail, offering practical ways to reduce the incidence of mold in our home. We highly recommend - and trust - Daleâ s team.
