  Comment: We would like to expand our footprint (about 4 feet out) along the kitchen / eat-in / den area with new windows, large island, new countertops and cabinets. Our current range is in the center island and will need to be moved, along with most of the other appliances. We will need new upper end appliances and new hardwoods throughout the entire first floor. We need our laundry / half bath redone and would like a walk-in pantry. We also would like our master bathroom updated. We will keep the same layout, but want new flooring, tile and vanities. Our home was build in 1991 and has high ceilings and a fairly open floor plan. It was remodeled last in 2007.
