We had mold in our sunroom that was discovered and needed to be removed. The team was outstanding. From the beginning where we were introduced to what they would be doing through the whole process and then finally explaining to us what was done and providing all of the information that we needed. There were no issues or interference with things going on around the house - son doing school from home and husband working at home. The room looks great!

They were all great! I had a mold problem in the basement from ground water. They treated the whole basement walls, floors and crawl space! Got moldy items that could not be salvaged out all in one day! They were kind, professional and efficient I recommend them highly!

An undisclosed water issue was revealed on a property I am purchasing. With a closing date of 2/22/21, I contacted the owner on a SUNDAY, 2/14/21 (Valentine's Day) and he arrived EARLY for our appointment on Monday, the 15th (President's Day). He DELIVERED the test specimen tubes to the lab (and advised his lab is local as opposed to some mold testing services that may use labs situated out-of-state). Residential purchases are very time-consuming and time-intensive affaie. We got the results in ONE day. Dale explained the very detailed results in depth and was very knowledgeable. His customer service and attention to detail was impeccable. I would use his services again in a heartbeat.

My mother set up an appointment with Dale to test for mold. fearing she would be taken advantage of, i was there for the appointment. Dale arrived on time and took the time to explain what he was doing and made me feel very comfortable. soon after he provided us with the results of the testing and sent us a detailed estimate of everything that needed to be done to make my mother's house safe again. We decided to go with Dale and i am so glad we did. Dale and his crew were top notch from start to finish. They followed through on everythin they promised which is very refreshing, so much so that Iwanted everyone to know about it

We had a cabinet removed. The whole team was extremely professional. The team came to our office during business hours with little to no disruption. Quick and responsible. Great job by all. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early.

Everyone on the team, top to bottom, was extremely polite and accommodating. They were thorough and went above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions. I am extremely satisfied with the results of their hard work.
