I have been experiencing several problems with persistent odors in a home I recently bought. There were some mold issues that I had a mold-remediation company deal with, but the odors did not go away. A friend recommended Dale. He came out to evaluate to see what could be done for the odors. Dale didn't see any evidence of mold. He gave me a number of suggestions of things to try myself before paying for a company to perform expensive air-quality testing and potential remediation. He even recommended a home testing product that I could use. And he didn't charge me anything for the visit!

Dale and his team made the experience easy and was able to work around my schedule and they worked while I was on a conference call. They explained every step of the process. Dale went thru every section of the report and identified areas of concern. There were alot of technical terms for the mold and he was patient to address my questions. Dale and his team did an amazing job in testing the air quality found in my daughters apartment to determine whether mold spores were present. They also did an outstanding job explaining what they doing as they did the work. More importantly, he took the the time to throughly explain the report that detailed the results of the testing. It was worth every penny spent and Iâ m so grateful that Dale genuinely cares about doing an excellent job.
