I have used Safer Building Solutions for 3 jobs so far. A pretty decent mold issue, another was a mold crawl space concern, & smoke remediation. Each time they were very fast to review the issue and come up with a plan of action for my clients. They also did not ring alarm bells but delivered the news with calm that puts people at ease. I would happily use them again and again.

While we ultimately did not need remediation services, I highly recommend Safer Building Solutions for their responsiveness, expertise, and genuine desire to help solve the problem. Water was pooling on our basement floor from an unknown source, and after a plumber was unable to identify the origin, we were referred to a remediation company. Dale Frank and Jerry Ryan from Safer Building Solutions came out on a Saturday morning and spent a significant amount of time investigating the source and walking us through possible causes. Once the leak was identified, they were honest in explaining that we would be better served by a leak detection company and/or working with insurance. Their integrity and professionalism are rare, and they are exactly the kind of people we would want handling a serious remediation issue in our home.

They used eco-friendly solutions, contained the affected areas perfectly, removed all the mold, and even addressed underlying moisture issues to prevent future problems. The entire process was completed efficiently and on schedule, leaving our home smelling fresh, and—most importantly—feeling truly safe and healthy for my family again. This is a great company! They did a complete clean up of our condominium basement after a major sewer breakdown. They scrubbed, removed contaminated piles of debris, used dehumidifiers, anti microbial fogging machines, and much more! The result is a clean and odor free area! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
