Dale Frank (owner) promptly responded to my request, quickly recognized the problem, remedy and bounded the cost of total remediation which closely aligned to other estimates I obtained. But what differentiated Dale was his willingness and ability to listen to my needs for a partial remediation solution to allow safe access to the house for sale of personal property inside the house leaving the final remediation to possible builders/renovators or buyers desiring to remodel before move in. All other estimates only contemplated a complete remediation leaving the house in an untenable condition for an as-is sale with lots of money down the drain. Safer Building Solutions crew showed up timely and worked diligently to finish the job quickly and thoroughly. Program Manager/Crew Leader, Van, was knowledgeable and kept things moving as well as worked right along with the crew. And there was this crew member, Cory, who was like a non-stop machine. The guy hardly took a break. This was a very satisfactory experience in a situation where you thought there was a problem but you had no idea of the magnitude. Thank you Safer Building Solutions.

Dale was great from the beginning. Very transparent about the process, options and what was and wasn t really necessary. He gave a very reasonable price range and stuck to it. I ve worked in property management and construction for many years and know most of the tricks contractors use to get accounts then increase the costs after. This was not how Safer Building Solutions worked. What they said is what you got and that s it. The quality of work was very high and the team of workers was friendly and very respectful of the property. They finished everything within the timeframe initially estimated as well, working late on the last day to make sure it was finished in time. I would definitely hire them again although I hope I don t have to!

He and his worker were honest and showed me that there was not mold where they initially thought it might be, where others may have been dishonest about it. He was pleasant to work with. We had a wonderful experience with Safer Building Solutions. They surpassed my expectations. We hired them to do a mold remediation project in a bathroom in our home. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, during the consultation they explained everything well and did a short presentation. As a mom I was glad to see that one of their managers is a woman who came along with Dale, the owner for the consult. They were able to schedule our project quickly which was important to us particularly right before the holidays. I was really impressed that Dale the owner came to our home the morning the project started. They went above and beyond; we have a young child with asthma so it was important that the project be done well and that the product used safe. They use a botanical product called benefect which we read good things about. The crew that did the work was great, they explained everything to me and they were trustworthy. I liked that they use employees who are background checked. They were very professional. We are extremely pleased with the remediation work that was done and appreciate that they went above and beyond. The difference with this company is that they truly care about the safety of your home. We highly recommend Safer Building Solutions. If we ever have a need for a similar project later down the road we will definitely hire them. Can't thank them enough for the great work they did.
