Safer Building Solutions did an exceptional job in my home! They really took the time to walk through and explain the process and steps needed to address the mold. Furthermore, my father passed away approximately six months ago and was too sick to address the issue at the time. They took the time to listen to my story regarding my family and history of our home. Their team truly understood the sentimental value of our place, and they went above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. Importantly, through the entirety of the process, they kept me informed and updated as they worked on the house. They took extra care of personal items that had to be removed as they were completing the project. They were the catalyst in turning a negative situation into a hopeful and positive one. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the customer service, professionalism, and caring nature of this company. That all being said, they followed through with phone calls and worked closely with our family from the beginning! What a superior company, I thank them and would highly recommend them.

Dale and Dave came out to check out my place after I saw what looked like mold and also had been sick since moving into my place. They truly went above and beyond. They listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly, they made sure I understood the process of what they were doing and were sure to educate me on it. Dale was a referral and Iâ m so grateful I called him. I didnâ t know exactly what I needed, he talked me through his recommendation and the best part is I could tell he was never trying to oversell me on things I didnâ t need.
